Walk to Hunter mountain!! Charming slopeside condo at the Hunter Highlands. Updated, clean and beautifully furnished, it comes with all you need for a great getaway.
Walk to Dolans Lake, hiking, zip line and much more. Take a short drive to Tannersville, Kaaterskill Falls and North-South Lake.

The space
Full kitchen, oven & stove-top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer in unit. High speed WiFi perfect for remote work. Enjoy the open floor plan, updated bathroom, 2 flat screen TV's, Roku stick in living area and DVD player in bedroom. Master bedroom with queen bed and 2nd room with bunk beds (twin over twin). A variety of favorite board games for you and yours to enjoy.
The condo is ideal for 4 people but there is also Foldaway Guest Bed Cot available as an extra bed.
After a long day on the slopes, there is nothing better than returning to a cozy condo and drifting off to sleep in a comfortable bed.
The condo doesn’t have A/C for the summer months. You can open windows for fresh mountain breeze, and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Early bird check-in (9am) and Twilight check-out (5 pm) are available for a fee. Subject to availability.

Felt like i was part of nature!
The home was well cleaned and stocked. Natalia kept in contact with us all the way to check-in and after our stay. The views from the property of the mountains was gorgeous and there were some nice wildlife to take photos of while on property. She made detailed lists of things to o and where to eat, so that was very helpful. Overall the stay was great, would definitely stay again!!

Cozy home away from home
Our family stayed in this property for our last ski trip to Hunter this season. We love the artistic decoration. It can comfortably host 4 adults. There is only one bathroom so schedules have to be coordinated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is literally next to a ski trail (separated by some trees but easy to cross). That trail was closed for the late season. So it was a longer walk to the open trails. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful slope-side condo!
We stayed at this sweet condo for an impromptu Thanksgiving getaway and start to our ski season and we could not have been happier with the stay! The unit is exactly as advertised and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding if you're skiing or want to be on the slopes - it was a five minute easy walk to the chairlift, and would have been even shorter if the closest ski trail to the condo had been open. The condo has a place to store skis/boots, a washing machine/dryer if you're staying longer than we were, and a very functional kitchen. The TV and WIFI worked perfectly It was snug - particularly with 3 tall boys/men - but everything was thoughtfully laid out so we never felt cramped. And, it was extremely, extremely clean! The communication with the property owner, Natalia, was flawless and the instructions to get in/out were very easy. Overall, we could not have been more pleased. Having this unit as 'home base' really made our vacation work and we are already looking forward to next year!

Simple, clean, safe and feel like home. The location is near from zipline, sky scenic and snow tubing, literally you can walk. The instruction is clear about things we have to do when we arrived at the cabin. We love it a lot. Definitely will come back soon.

Lovely little condo that sits at the base of hunter mountain. Beautiful view and so quiet. Whether your their to ski, zip line(which I highly recommend)or hike the falls. the condo is conveniently located close to everything. We were very comfortable. Natalia made it very easy to check in and make us aware of what we needed to do to check out. We highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful skiing season slopeside!
Our family had a great time this winter! The property is conveniently located with only 1-2 min walk to the nearest trail. Very nice and cozy place. Clean and convenient. The host is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would like to come back next winter!

Quiet end unit condo on ground level
Well supplied 2BR condo on Hunter Mountain. Nice to have the AMC Hiking Guide for the Catskills which was in the unit. Guests should follow the accurate instructions on check-in and check-out procedures. Very responsive owner.
