Wireless did not work. Attendant could not help. The room smelled strongly of cat and strong deodorizer enough to gag you. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and no heat at all. The tile floors in the bathroom were so cold you felt like you had frostbite after going to the bathroom. Site advertised a pool but no mention that it was outdoors and closed for the winter.

LIKES: The beds and linens were great...the room was clean, pretty quiet, and the location is good. DISLIKES: The pool was under repair, and had been for weeks...this was not mentioned in the listing. The buffet was not as in past years...the juice dispenser did not work, the variety of food was more limited and in short supply (most mornings some combination of cereal, fresh fruit or yogurt was out). The $20/day for a pet should be listed along with the "pet-friendly" description. Did not need the room cleaned every day, but some way to have the toiletries etc restocked would be great. The coffee maker in the room was scary...there was a used coffee bag in it :( Happily, Starbucks and Dutch Bros were within 300 yards of our room.

Our room at the Cimarron Inn was clean & comfortable for a one night’s stay except for the couch which was a bit dirty. Check in was easy and the man at the desk allowed us to view the room to make sure it was adequate for our dog which we appreciated. The room was spacious and adequate for our needs. There was a dog park behind the motel which was convenient but a lot of people hadn’t picked up after their dogs which wasn’t too pleasant. There was a Starbucks nearby which was convenient. The area right around the motel was a bit run down but we would choose to stay here if we are are in Klamath Falls area again.

We have stayed here around 4 times, as our travels always seem to lead us to a night in Klamath Falls. Up until this last stay, it was always a good cheap, clean spot. This last time was a huge disappointment. The room was kind of skanky. The bathroom need a good deep clean. But then the worst part was that we were put in a room right in between two other occupied rooms. If your hotel isn’t busy, why would you do that? But the worst part was that these two men on either side decided to be awesome drinking pals. They were completely ripped and then spent an hour outside our door shouting profanities and speaking about crass things. I did not feel safe at all. Then during the night, there were more loud drunken issues. All in all, it was horrible. While I realize that these are customers, not the hotel, the front desk person should have dealt with this.
