Landvilla at bathing lake in idyllic nature

Welcome to our landvilla directly at an idyllic bathing lake. Amidst a picturesque landscape characterized by esker hill chains with meadows, forests, rivers and lakes, you can relax and recharge, bathe, fish or simply enjoy the view over the lake. The surrounding undisturbed nature is home to the king of the forest: the moose is regularly spotted by our guests, even by the lake and the river behind the lake. Still it is only 6 km to the nearest town with supermarket and only 30 minutes to the sea.

160 m2 villa with two floors, six bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, washing machine and whirlpool and large open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and sofas. The modern floor heating heats the oak parquet to the desired temperature even in the coldest winter, which can be adjusted separately in each room. With our small rowing boat you can explore and fish in the over 5 m deep lake.

Villa am See
Wir haben uns im Haus mit 10 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten sehr viel Platz. Es war alles ordentlich und genügend Wäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Als einziges kleines Manko ist das zweite Bad, das hätte man deutlich größer anlegen können, zumal reichlich Platz vorhanden ist. Ansonsten alles top! Die Lage ist sehr schön, mit dem Auto kann man in der Umgebung alles gut erreichen.

Haus in toller Lage
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt mit 7 Personen sehr schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig. Direkt am See und in absoluter Ruhe. Allerdings ist das Haus in desolatem Zustand. Fenster waren mindestens Monate nicht geputzt. Nur wenige Möbel in den Zimmern. Keine Bilder an den Wänden oder andere Gegenstände, die ein gemütliches Gefühl aufkommen lassen. Die Bäder benötigen eine Grundreinigung. Der Wirlpool steht irgendwie in einer Art Abstellecke. Der Aussenbereich ist komplett ungepflegt. Sitzmöbel sind überwiegend alt. Der Grill war bei unserer Ankunft nur grob gereinigt und in schlechtem Zustand. Obwohl wir Bettzeug und Handtücher gebucht hatten, mussten wir uns die Garnituren aus einem Vorratsraum zusammensuchen und die Betten selber beziehen. Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit Häusern dieser Preisklasse. Hier passt Preis und Zustand überhaupt nicht zusammen. Die drei Gesamtsterne gibt es insgesamt nur für die Lage und das schöne Wetter in der Woche. Ansonsten wäre es nur ein Stern geworden.

Weihnachten in Schweden
Wir hatten hier eine tolle Weihnachtszeit mit unserer Familie. Sogar ein wunderschöner Weihnachtsbaum stand für uns bereit. Nochmals vielen Dank für das tolle Ferienhaus. Wir empfehlen es sehr gern weiter. Unsere Enkelkinder vermissen jeden Tag das schöne Kaminfeuer 😇

Das steht an einem privaten See, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts was man für Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Top Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Die Unterkunft ist für Familien oder größere Gruppen perfekt geeignet. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage abseits von Verkehr mit Zugang zu einem kleinen, aber fischreichen See. Auch das Boot hatten wir täglich im Einsatz. Im Haus selber findet man alles was man braucht und auch Hannes hat bei Fragen immer zügig reagiert). Die Lage im Allgemeinen eignet sich super für Ausflüge nach Laholm, Halmstat, Bastat, Mellbystrand, ... (alles innerhalb von 45min erreichbar). Einziger kleiner Wehmutstropfen - einen Elch haben wir trotz unseres dritten Besuchs in Schweden noch keinen gesehen. Langsam glaube ich das ins ein Mythos :-D. Also wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen! War richtig top!
