The hotel is located on a very steep hill, any movement requires a tuk-tuk service. The room itself is fantastic with great view. Not good value for a lot of money…

The service was too bad. We got back from a party on 2AM. The hotel is on a mountain. Asked the hotel to bring tuk tuk. Watied for 20 mins, nothing. so we mount the mountin which was very hard. Another case we ordered a towel from the room service. Took 3 hours ( after complaing thats it is took too long time) Another case, tried to call the guest service. No answer for 1hr. Very disappointed
