1. Check in took around 1hour.
2. We had only cold water in the shower so they upgraded us to another room which was exactly the same room - at least with warm shower.
3. The Hotel is way too overbooked especially with LOTS OF Tour Groups! If you wanna enjoy a nice relaxing holiday, blueshotel is definitely the wrong choice. The pool area is completely overfilled so you can’t enjoy a nice swim.
3. The breakfast buffet was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. Since the hotel is so overbooked and full, we had to wait +30min the first day to get any of the arm dishes (fried eggs, pancakes etc) .. I thought okay maybe today it’s really crowded so tomorrow we gonna wake up earlier. So we did get up early and look at that, even more people and waiting times to get a breakfast! So we were around 15 people waiting for one fried egg, 15 more people waiting for an omlette and pancakes - ONLY one chef was cooking for 100+ people at breakfast and it looked like it was an intern - they seriously let one girl make all the food for 100+ guests - this is insane and unresponsible! I felt so sorry for the girl and of course I felt very dissappointed about the experience since I’ve paid for it.
Nevertheless I booked for 4 nights - left after 2 and they refunded me for the 2 nights which was the only GOOD experience at this hotel!
There are much better choices in my opinion.
