Super apartment with room for up to 5 guests. Go with the elevator to the first floor and enter a beautifully kept holiday apartment. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and sea views. Dimensions of the bed: 190 x 150 cm. The other has two single beds, a cupboard and a cabinet for various small items. The room has two windows and is overlooking the garden and pool. The pool measures 15 x 8 meters, is only used by residents and is maintained daily by the administrator.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub which also has shower. The second toilet is in the hallway. There is a well equipped kitchen that has recently been completely renovated. The door gives to the balcony where is a laundry closet with a washing machine.
The terrace (30 m2) is located at the front and has direct sea view. It has sun almost all day but one can always find a shady spot against the heat.
