Beautiful and cozy apartment of 70m2 with 2 large terraces surrounded by vineyards. Renovated in 2016 and fully equipped. Ideal for couples or friends who want to discover the island or hiking. Peace and quiet and secured spectacular views. It has a balcony overlooking the vineyards and two large terraces where you contemplate the whole valley of the Orotava, sea and ... the stars at night. We have fruit trees such as orange trees, lemon trees and pear trees available.

Au sommet
L'appartement est confortable avec une vue magnifique et trois terrasses, entouré par un vignoble, les citronniers, un grand poinsettia et d'autres arbres exotiques. Le premier bémol concerne une odeur persistante dans la toilette, le deuxième est sa difficulté d'accès. La route qui y mène est étroite et on peut y rencontrer des autos en sens inverse, plutôt stressant. Généralement tranquille sauf pour le perpétuel concert canin et quelques fêtes tambourinantes de fin de semaine dans les environs. Il faut aussi tenir compte qu'on est proche de la zone nuageuse qui couronne le El Teide.

Beautiful views!
Perfect for friends staying together. The view from the roof terrace and balcony are beautiful, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect for a small group. It is up a big hill, but doesn’t feel too remote. We’ll be booking again!

Stunning Views
Lovely apartment that's amazing value for money! The space is extremely modern, clean and homely. The balcony and 2 terraces are a dream! They offer the most gorgeous views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. The apartment itself is a great size, there is a lot of space within each room without it losing it's homely feel. It's in a beautiful local area, so much nicer than some of the tourist traps done the south. I loved the layout of the house and how each room flowed to next and the outside surroundings. Alex is a great host. The whole check in process is super easy and Alex gives so much information to help with your stay, with various recommendations and info of the surrounding area. I loved the personalized touches of the stay, making it even more memorable. We couldn't recommend Alex and his property more to people. When we come back to Tenerife, we'll definitely be booking again!

Great views and excellent place to relax!
A comfortable appartment with all necessary appliances for a great vacation! The appartment has very nice views and is placed in a very quiet environment, though still near to a gas station, supermarket and main roads

Outstandingly comfortable
The apartment provided a very peaceful home from home for me, with stunning views across the vineyard and the city of La Orotava to the ocean below. I was in the area for a birdwatching holiday, and the area around the house held excellent varied birdlife, including wild Canaries, Barbary Partridges and regular visits from a Tenerife Kestrel. The house is well placed for exploring east and west along the north coast of the island, as well as being close to the road up the Teide Volcano.

Très bel emplacelent mais appartement defraichi
L'appartement est idéalement situé, sur une coline au calme et avec une vue magnifique. Le linge de lit et serviettes de toilettes sont très propres et sentent bon. Par contre, plusieurs points négatifs : Matelas ok, oreillers de mauvaise qualité. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. La propreté des sols et fenêtres est douteuse. Equipement un peu pauvre : même pas de verres à vin ! Les fauteuils de jardin sont très vieux et abîmés, les planches de la terrasse ne sont pas stables et sont abîmées. Forte odeur d'égouts dans la sdb. En bref, les photos sur l'annonce sont un peu mensongères... quel dommage.
