This turnkey condo is fully equipped with beautiful furniture. The kitchen has granite counter tops, recessed lighting and a double sink for you to enjoy a cooked meal. The bathroom has a beautiful glass door enclosed tiled shower. The condo has a new split AC and a washer/dryer. The resort features 2 hot tubs, 2 pools, and 2 outdoor covered cabanas. The amenities include 2 ocean side swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 putting greens, 24 hour front desk service, shuffleboards, poolside BBQ grills and ample parking. Papakea is situated within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and an outdoor local Farmers Market.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

The Resort will collect a $17 per day Facilities Use Fee which will be payable to the front desk upon check-in. Facility Fee includes usage of: Pools, Cabana's, Shuffle Board, Tennis Courts, Putting Greens Including Equipment Rental, Wireless Internet, & Free local calls. Long distance calls require credit card. 10 day/$170 maximum per calendar month.
