On the top level of coveted Building 20 high up in the Golf Villas development, this west-facing end-unit villa has magnificent ocean views towards Molokai, and convenient access to the main swimming pool and barbecue area. (As the reviews suggest, the thumbnail photos do not do justice to the condo or the magnificent view.)

The condo has been totally renovated to meet the Kapalua Gold Standard with no expense spared. Take the complimentary Kapalua Shuttle anywhere in the resort.

The kitchen and bathrooms feature African mahogany cabinets and granite countertops. Appliances include full washer and dryer. The music-loving owners provide full HD television on a large flat-screen TV with all cable music channels, plus an iPod dock and WIFI from a custom desk. Floors feature ceramic tiles and plush carpeting throughout. The large lanai features a bar-height dining table to savor the exquisite view and two easy chairs to watch the amazing sunsets.

AMAZING KAPALUA CONDO!
AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! The pictures do not do justice for this wonderful condo in Kapalua. The views of the ocean are incredible and you can see the island of Lanai. The check in process was so easy and we were able to check in early. I reached out to the property manager who was lovely and the communication was excellent from the start. The condo was so clean and we received very easy instructions on everything they had to offer. Parking was great, the location was great, it's a corner unit with amazing views of the golf course and the resort. You also have a wonderful Lanai to watch the sunset or just enjoy being outdoors. The pool was very close and wonderful to go for a swim. They also have BBQ's available for cooking your own meals. The 2 bathrooms are also a huge bonus along with the washer dryer. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to get started and it was clean! The entire condo was so clean! The beds were super comfy and lots of pillows and blankets. You can tell there is a lot of love and care by the owner of this condo and we had a wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back and we will absolutely stay here again if it's available. Mahalo :)

Bugs and more bugs
My wife, daughter, and I had an exciting week in Hawaii planned. The check-in process was fine and informational and we were looking forward to our trip. As I was driving to the property I called the host and he was helpful and texted me the code so it was easy to access when I arrived at the property. As I was unpacking our car, my wife and daughter went into the property to get settled in. Upon entering the home, they found a 2-2.5" cockroach dead on the living room floor. Keep in mind that this was within two feet of the pullout sofa, where my daughter would be sleeping. I contacted the host and he told me that it was not common and that we should "let him know if we found any live cockroaches." I wish that was it. We found a second cockroach in the dining room and one cockroach and two insect traps in the kitchen. At this point, we are very unhappy and disappointed. I informed the host that we will not be staying at the property and would love it if he would be considerate and provide us with a refund or partial for that matter. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO THAT TEXT. We left the property, and found another STR about 10 mins away with ocean views and access to a beach for less money and no bugs!!!! If you don't mind a few cockroaches and a view of a parking lot and golf course in the distance I would recommend this property. For me, this property is not worth the stay and there are much better less expensive options in the area.

The positives are unit is close to the main pool and is on an upper floor. Its in the Kapalua resort and they offer free shuttle bus to the beach and to the Kapalua market and restaurants. The negatives are the King mattress droops in the middle and is too soft. I think it's time to change it. The parking space is in a carport that is tight to get into. Other than that the unit is nice and clean.
