Stay was enjoyable and hotel interior is really interesting. However service during breakfast wasn't good enough. I never was asked to take my breakfast to the lounge because they want to clean area where I was seating.

Hotel was conveniently situated at about a 20 mins walk from the main shopping district and just a few minute walk from the waterfront. Staff was excellent. My partner got very sick as soon as we arrived abd we were blessed with incredible service wether it was early check in, help to get salt, hot water, ice etc. The only thing is that the bed was two small beds put together. Other than that, thank you for everything

Wonderful comfortable hotel in Geneva - hidden gem
Beautiful comfortable hotel. Bed and pillows were excellent, lovely clean new bathroom and small fridge in room was really convenient to make tea. Breakfast was beautifully presented, with a choice of main (avocado toast or cereal bowl and then accompanied by fresh fruit, pastries and wonderful breads and jams….just perfect. Customer service was great as well.

Great hotel......staff could use improvment.
Overall excellent and I would stay again! Room was not ready when promised at the normal check in time and staff not especially helpful in that regard. Also, the night before check out I asked what time the first train ran to the airport in the morning. They had absolutely not idea and struggled to find it on-line and then when they did they told me the wrong information. I found it on line and showed them the correct time which was a surprise to them. A tourist / business hotel should have this information on hand. A bit ridiculous. Overall however a great stay!
