The property is well located to access the trails in and around Lake Louise. The front desk staff was unhelpful and impolite. Very average service for such expensive accommodation.

We loved this property! We enjoyed the decor of our suite. We loved the entire property including making the fires on the river. The grounds are beautiful. It was difficult taking our luggage up the steps.

Great location, nice places to sit around fire pits along the creek. Very relaxing! It was a little warm in the room in the evening. We were missing the screens for the windows, could only leave the patio door open. But, I would stay there again.
