We stayed here due to the proximity of the Seebad access but it was closed both days. The best part was the free bus access and fonicuar down the hill. However; For the price we paid we felt the experience was lacking - did not receive complimentary bottled waters included in the room. - room was HOT and when we turned on the AC the alarm went off while we were sleeping when the room was only 21 Celsius. - Did not receive fresh towels daily - alarm went off in the - the Dining was outrageously expensive and had to Greco down town for alternatives. - couldn’t take a shower without shower leaking all over the floor Would not recommend to anyone

the hotel offered the most amazing view of Luzerne. the room could have used upgrading. the restaurant was excellent but pricey. close to everything. Hotel supplies free pass for bus and tram
