The photos on Travelocity were not at all what the hotel looked like. The room smelled, had mold on the vents, dirt on the bathroom tub, stains on the ceilings, and more. We left within 5 min and drove an hour away to Orlando to stay at a safe and clean hotel we have had experience with in the past.

The property was in poor and run-down condition the rooms lacked any amenities whatsoever other than shampoo and soap they were somewhat dirty and very dated with lots of repairs the internet service was down for three of my five days with no resolve my concerns went unanswered by the front desk my television set did not function properly and the overall condition of the property outside was less than adequate my inquiries seem to fall on deaf ears every time I asked about the repair to my television and the internet condition was unacceptable also housekeeping is very limited I had housekeeping service one time during my 5-day state I had to inquire about clean towels and toilet paper to the front desk but was issued those items when I went down and got them myself the overall cleanliness of the property outside is horrible and unacceptable

Back side of hotel was under construction and did not seem safe to have children around. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms as advertised.

No breakfast in the mornings anymore but it is still advertised. The room had an odd dampness and there were mystery stains on the side of one bed. They do have a great pool and arcade. Staff in the front was all fantastic and are the only reason this hotel gets a decent review from me. I'd stay here again.
