During our 3 night stay our room was never serviced. We had to call front desk and request fresh towels and when we went out for the day i stopped at front desk and specifically requested our room be serviced.
Upon our return 12 hours later it was never done and a note slipped under the door said “Sorry we missed you but your privacy request was observed so we were not able to service your room”. So again called front desk and had too request fresh towels and amenities for the room.

The building and rooms need MAJOR repairs. Found a cockroach on my pillow and when I went to remove the pillow there was a LOT of hair on the sheet below the pillow. The tile floor in the bathroom floor was not grouted to the floor and would move when stepped on. The A/C would not cool the room off and the wall corners were missing the plaster and was rusted. The bathroom door would open half way due to the tiles.
