The Hotel is Horrible,darty,is smells of cigarrette,it has no cable TV in the Room full of cockroaches.The pool water is green. It Shouldn't be Working. Thas was a great Hotel years ago .It's in a spectacular area of Lakeland, a place like that Shouldn't allow such a Nasty Place.

When I checked in my room wasn’t ready the room smelt awful like must and the carpet was gross. Wouldn’t even take my Shoes off. The sink leaked. The shower was cracked. There was mold in the bathroom and stains on my Sheets. Homeless people hanging out outside. Very hot in hall ways. Terrible place. Do not recommend unless absolutely desperate.

Never had such poor service at a motel before ( I don't think this qualifies as a hotel). At 11:00 pm, they gave me the wrong room # so I tried to get in an occupied room. No washcloths. Next morning, nobody in sight to request washcloths. next evening at 8 pm, nobody at the desk. there were people with children waiting, trying to check in. the phone number to call for service was unanswered every time. restroom was dirty, toilet had hair from the last occupant. Who are you going to complain too? there are no phones in the room to call the front desk. finally after coming to the lobby several times somebody showed up at the desk. GO AHEAD, SLEEP HERE IF YOU LIKE THIS. on the plus side the bed was comfortable.

We had 7 rooms. We were given cards to used to rooms without being cleaned. We had one room where we had to kill 20 roaches. We waited like 1 hour and a half to make the check inn.

The room was clean. The hot water faucet side was smashed all over the counter. I took a picture and gave it to the front desk person so they would know that I didn't do it. She offered to move me to a new room but I just wanted to sleep there. I had to wait over an hour for someone to show up at the front desk. I had to call the main number 5 times to try to get someone there to check me in. The parking was in a garage close by. There was no hair dryer. It was quiet.

The room was horrible. Strong pet urine smell permeates the place. Mattresses are ancient and offer no support. Shower was a trickle and barely lukewarm. I hated everything about my stay. Sorry.

no one at desk then they showed up 2 hours later charged us for a one hour early checking. no soap or anything ice marker not working trash in halls still there next day. ac in halls not working. room floors dirty looking. pool was growing and green. restaurant and bar both closed. will never go back there!!!!!!!!!
