This is BY FAR THE WORST “Hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. Ever! Filthy, dirty, smelly and loud. Dogs everywhere, urine in elevator and in hallway. Room bare and unclean. 1 cart for luggage, was not available for us. Old and beat up walls, doors, floors etc. DON’T STAY HERE!!!

I would never stay here again. The room looked like it was not cleaned thoroughly. There was no curtain on the window, only a flimsy blind so every time a car pulled up it would light up the entire room all night long. There were zero amenities in the room. No shampoo, no hair dryer and all they gave us was a small square of soap. The interior rooms are very old and outdated. There is no hotel lobby and half the time you have to dial a phone from the reception area just to get someone to come to the front desk. Would not recommend this place. Gross!

Our staff works hard to make sure that your time with us is clean, comfortable and pleasant and we are terribly sorry to hear that you did not receive this. Regarding the amenities, since we are more of an extended stay, we take a more 'Simple' approach to lodging. This means that we offer the basic items but allow our guests to customize their experience and only pay for the items that they feel they need or want to use. This includes additional house cleaning or linen services. We understand that most people are not used to this, Rose, but this allows all our guests to take advantage of a super low and affordable rates. We do apologize if our accommodation did not meet your needs but do wish you all the best in your future travels.

The office staff were absolutely caring, helpful and friendly! I booked the room for a week, but sadly had to leave for a few days and fly to Iowa where my daughter had lost her baby. My vacation was cut short, but the staff still made me feel comfortable and welcomed when I returned and ended up staying an extra night. I wish I could remember the one gal's name in the office, usually there afternoons, but I have to commend how professional and friendly she is!!! THANK YOU!! My only complaint, ran out of T-paper and while I appreciate a smoking room, the room could be cleaned better. I bleached the refridgerator, some walls, etc. to remove nicotine and febreezed the room. :)

Not enough towels and wash cloths. Very outdated. I asked for more, finally got some. Asked for an extra pillow. I was told, none was available. Not happy with the service.
