Booked into my room and it smelled like smoke. Not a big issue. Then I used the shower and there was hair in the tub and mold on the shower curtain. I go to get in bed and it smelled of urine. I ended leaving the property. I reported these issues to the front desk and they wanted to change room, but I did feel comfortable sleeping in any rooms there.

I am a contractor and i checked into this motel yesterday. I had a bunch of stuff in the bed of my truck. I got an emergency call about a tree so i took all the stuff out of the back( household things) and put them in my room. The manager had to come down because the power was lost and he told me i needed to get my belongings out asap. He talked to me like i was some piece of crap person trying to live in

Good value for the cost

Pros: Location and allows pets
A clean, basic room allowing pet guests. Tiny bathroom but nice shower. Comfortable beds.

Easy to find, 24hr Denny's Restaurant next door

Pros: Ground level, parking directly in front of room. Cleanliness
Cons: An additional ice machine, possibly within office area. The $2.99 charge per day for Wi-Fi should be included in room rate, barely used slow speeds.
Location: GPS took me to the motel with ease, within ten minutes of downtown Lansing and the capital building,
Downtown completely booked, no regrets at saving a hundred dollars on one nights stay. Clean, bedding all near new condition, large flat screen tv with cable channels, free coffee in the lobby. Walk to Denny's restaurant next door open 24 hours, less than ten minutes to downtown and capital building. All rooms ground level for ease of coming and going. One drawback only, common to Motel 6 little to no water pressure in bath but plenty of hot water. I'd stay again, enjoyed having the extra money in my pocket coming home.

Nice for the price

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the price it was clean well kept and the staff was helpful and friendly would definitely stay again
