Nice hotel, good location

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Have more staff to help guests check in
Location: Located in the middle of the strip, most things are within walking distance.
Pros: 1) The hotel is very clean and well kept up, everything looks new 2) It's in a great location on the middle of the strip, everything is close by Cons: 1) It took almost an hour to check in, the line was long and they only had a few staff members to assist guests. 2) The drinks are very expensive. We ended up walking across the street to Twin Peaks for drinks, much more reasonably priced. ($6 for margs and bloody Mary's)

Great Room but Nothing Else Great

I had a last minute business trip to Las Vegas and after talking with friends, decided to stay at the Aria. The rate was good (except for the ridiculous scam of resort fees) so opted for it instead of my usual Pallazo. The first issue was room location. Literally, the last room on the hallway that felt like a 2 block walk -- a real beating when dragging a heavy carry on and briefcase. The room was nice and luxurious. I had a good, but not great steak at Jean George. The big disappointment was breakfast the next morning at the Buffet. $30 and I should have known better. Everything I tasted was cold and stale at 7:30 a.m. I have had better buffets at Westins or Sheratons. All and all, a meh experience which is not expected at a 5 star hotel.

I walked into the room and the drapes opened, and music began playing. Everything in this large, beautiful room is easily controlled by tablet next to the bed. The room was comfortable, modern, and beautiful. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I also recommend Sage restaurant found in the hotel.

Overall ok experience

Pretty hotel I expected better for the cost. What I was disappointed with was #1 $44 per day resort fee. I hate surprise costs. 3 days at this hotel cost an extra $132 for Wi-Fi and the fitness center (never stepped foot in.) #2 mini fridge stacked with stuff I could not move so there was no room for my own stuff #3 was treated very poorly by one of the staff out front. Apparently they must not be fond of the uber service because this staff was VERY rude to us and our driver. And #4 I did not feel as though our bathroom was very clean. We had half used vanity kits and hair in the sink. Yuck!

The fees! The fees ruined it. Charge me up front I’m fine with it. Not sure where the whole resort fee thing came from.

Good location, but have to request fridge seperatey

The only problem is that we stayed for a week with children,so we need to have a small fridge in the room. Don’t mistaken the small drink bar for the fridge and don’t move anything from inside. I have to request it separately. I will definitely stay in a different hotel for my next visit.

Couldn't have asked for more!

Pros: Decor, Concierge, everyone was polite, location, appearance
Cons: Nothing
Location: The hotel is mid strip. Easy access to all of the shows on the strip and right across the street from the Miracle Mile shopping.
The Aria exceeded every expectation I had! Location was just about the middle of the strip, so it was convenient. The room was beautiful as was the rest of the hotel. Cleaning staff was amazing and Mildred at the Concierge was fabulous. We ate at Javier's one night and found the service and the appearance and taste of the food excellent! The buffet was spectacular. Everything you could even imagine was available and everything we tried was delicious. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and we loved the water wall out front. We would definitely stay at the Aria again if we find ourselves planning a trip to Las Vegas.
