Beautiful hotel. Great service.

Pros: The pool area is large and relaxing.
Cons: There was occasional waiting when calling for services.
Location: The hotel is on the strip and close to other hotels. We rented a car and drove to the Valley of Fire, which is about an hour from Vegas.
The staff were attentive to the guests. The hotel is upscale with great amenities. The restaurants are varied - from snacks to high end choices.

Nice hotel, but horrible customer service

@checkin was told no king room, so put in queen. Woke up @3am to discover AC wasn't working. They actually asked if I wanted them to deliver a fan to the room!! No, I want working AC! Moved to new room (w/ king bed). The room was horrible & smelled of marijuana. Finally moved to new room (queen bed) only to find salt in one of the beds. Through this whole process, staff never offered to help with bags, they didn't apologize for any of it, nor did they offer any compensation. We were blatantly lied to several times about room availability. Overall, the facility was nice, but customer service was terrible. Given the price you pay for everything at this hotel, I expected more. On a higher note, the pool was nice!

Our room was ready early, staff was pleasant. One small mirror issue was unresolved and the staff waived the late check out fee as a sorry. Overall lovely hotel

Too expensive for what you get.

Nice but nothing special. TV did not work right and called for assistance. Was told someone would be there in 20 minutes. They weren’t and when I called back, was basically called a liar in that they “never” commit to a time the will be there and my work order was “in the queue”. Otherwise, hotel and casino are nice, but overpriced.

Not worth the premium.

Cons: Food quality, room cleanliness, and check-in/out process (time and friendliness)
This hotel is definitely charging out of its star range The decor and equipment are well past due for a renovation, the elevators were dirty, and the front of house staff during check out were of poor attitude. Note to anyone staying there, particularly parents, if you take anything out of the minibar to put in milk for your LO, it will cost you 8USD (or a fight with front line staff). Anyway, given their rates are roughly the same as a half dozen other newly built properties, I'd recommend considering the alternatives. The name, and the water show, simply don't justify the cost

Lovely Hotel

Pros: Styling and location. Top notch.
Cons: Sensors in the room for mini bar fridge. New one on me. Eliminate. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms.
Location: Perfect location. Best in Vegas. In the heart of the strip.
Elegant and classy come to mind. We paid for the fountain view room. Worth it. Request a floor as high as possible. The room view at night was fantastic. You are looking directly at the Eiffel Tower across the street. How often does that happen? Dazzling room views up and down the strip. We watched the fountain shows throughout our stay and had the matching music playing on our room TV. Phenomenal experience. We refered to other fountains in VEGAS as "cute" after seeing the Bellagio show. The "O" performance was the best show I have ever seen and was located at the hotel. It was nice to dine, gamble and walk to the show without leaving the property for one night. A popular show is a hot commodity. Don't wait to show up without a plan if you want to attend the best shows, buy in advance. If you save your Bellagio coffee cup, they will refill throughout your stay. With the cost of everything else, free coffee refills are a nice touch. Wear comfy shoes with socks. We walked about 6-9 total miles each day. It is similar to walking around Disney World. Lots of hard surfaces. Most people complained of bringing the wrong shoes. Comfortable shoes were a must because YOU WILL WALK ALOT. I brought my Asics running shoes and wore jeans in the daytime. In the evening, I wore a polo shirt, khaki slacks and my Rockports in case a dress code was required. I saw no issues with running shoes, jeans and t-shirts during the day. We went in March, so it stayed in the 60s.

Gorgeous Chinese New Year Decorations

Hotel was absolutely beautifully decorated, especially the Conservatory. Public areas were great, room not so much. Room needed renovation badly, especially the bathroom sink area and shower. Definitely not up to the standard for an upscale property.
