Gorgeous Chinese New Year Decorations

Hotel was absolutely beautifully decorated, especially the Conservatory. Public areas were great, room not so much. Room needed renovation badly, especially the bathroom sink area and shower. Definitely not up to the standard for an upscale property.

beautiful hotel disappointed with service

Pros: it is a beautiful place the people working there very friendly
Cons: if you wanted little something to eat at a reasonable price nothing available
Location: middle of the las vagas strip, shopping gambling seeing shows all within walking distance
had trouble with the TV every night, maintenance men would come up fix it, hour later it would be out again and every time we would call guest services it was like they never herd of the problem. we were told they would change our room never go back to us also promised a food voucher and my wife had to go down to front desk go through the hole story again to another person to get it he also said they would let us check out late with no charge and he would remove all the resort fees (which we did not know about) but when we went to check out there they were. We told the person checking us out about all the problems and people we have been dealing with the past 4 days he then said he would go check with the manager, he came back said everything is taken care of, resort fees removed. My complaint is it seems the hotel did not follow up everyone we talked too just passed the buck thinking the next guy would take care of tit.

The rooms were kept very clean. We often passed cleaning staff in the hall and were greeted every time. The check in and concierge staff were also very nice and were able to help my every need! We also had a great view of the mountains!

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Vegas.

Clean room, great staff. Stay in the spa tower if you don’t want to have to walk all the way through the casino to get to your room. Excellent location—right in the center of the strip. Beautiful pool area. But save your money and do not go to O. Terrible show. The acrobats and divers are very talented but the show was a terrible mix of creepy and just stupid. Other than that, best stay we’ve had in Vegas!

Siblings weekend

Pros: We didn’t really have to go anywhere else, all amenities were available.
Cons: I don’t smoke, lots of casino smoke, but not a big deal.
Location: Central location on strip, easy in and out when needed.
We had a great time spending 2 days at your hotel. Loved the dog exhibit, room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel center of Las Vegas Strip

Nice Hotel, botanical garden and water fountain shows. Lots of people if you like crowds. Location is center of strip so very convenient to walk to other hotels. Our conference was at Bally’s across the street so it was our first time staying at Bellagio. Restaurants and cafes was very good. Ate at Noodles and food was delicious. Rooms: booked a resort 2 queen bed. Rooms are standard and I wasn’t “Wowed” by it for the price charged. Minibar and snacks in room are very expensive, bottle of Figi water cost $22.00. Walking 1-2 blocks there’s Walgreens and CVS. We purchased 6 pack spring water under $3 for our 2 night stay. Bathroom has shower and tub, comes with lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer available, iron and 2 robes available for use also. I couldn’t find a safe in the room to put valuables. Self parking available and cost $15.00 per day. Once you check in then you can use your room key to enter and exit the parking garage anytime. Resort fee: $39.00 standard at all hotels and expected. Overall nice hotel but I like my money to go further since I work hard for it. Great place to experience but I don’t think I would stay here again. I would definitely visit again their botanical gardens or eat at Noodles. If you don’t mind the crowds then this would be a nice hotel. I’m glad we tried it for the first time since I can compare it to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Beautiful but starting to show age.

Pros: The staff and service was outstanding.
Cons: Rooms need to mainted better. Or even updated.
Location: It’s Las Vegas so everyth8ng and anything.
The place is spectacular it really is. The rooms are nice but are not aging well. Mold in the shower. Caulking was coming out. The carpet needs to be stretched as it’s bunching in the hallways. They have smoking rooms. Don’t stay in them. The linens reeked of smoke. I would give them an A-
