Property badly needs an upgrade. Kitchen had broken drawer, hair dryer was broken, sofa was threadbare. Breakfast offerings were very minimal.

Please don’t stay here. You and your family deserve to feel clean and safe. I entered the front doors and it smelled strongly of smoke. I figured it was just an older building so when bringing my family in I opted to use the back stairs instead so they would get a better first impression. It was so much worse there. The staircase was thick with new smoke. There was a large pile of garbage and old bedding on the 3rd floor landing and I truly expected a homeless person to be in the middle of it. We got to our room and the smell improved mildly but the beds were lumpy and the mattresses had crumbs on them (I peeled back the sheets to check for bugs). The carpet was stained and the pull-out sofa where my boys were supposed to sleep was ripped and stained. The bathtub was stained dark brown. The chain lock on the inside of the door was missing. I booked the room so it was my fault but My husband was a good sport and convinced us we could spend 8 hours there and that he wouldn’t make me eat breakfast anywhere in that building. I laid on the mattress trying to find a spot where I couldn’t feel the springs, and cried. My sweet husband decided my mental health might be worth it so we packed up at 11pm and left. They offered no refund but we did not expect them to. We checked in to a la Quinta instead. Not fancy but cIean and felt safe. It is more money on the credit card (the reason we were trying out a new place) but in the end it can be repaid. I learned my lesson.

DO NOT TRAVEL HERE WITH YOUR CHILDREN OR WITHOUT PROTECTION. The front desk person was nice. Inside of the room was clean, however lacked extra linens and pillows for the pullout bed and kitchen ware to actually use the kitchenette. The rest of the hotel was gross and the area EXTREMELY questionable. The hallway carpets were dirty and the walls were disgusting. There were people (not sure if they “lived” there) that were grossly intoxicated wandering the in and out of the building spilling unknown liquids out of containers into the planters outside. There were also other people (don’t know if they were guests or not) visibly smoking out of glass pipes on the property.

Staff was friendly when we checked in late at night. The hotel is very dirty. We walked through the dirty lobby and hallways to reach our slightly cleaner room.

There was a lot of trash and debris in the hallway. The entire building smelled like cigarette smoke. A lot of trash bags in containers in y’all way, rooms where not the cleanest, our bathroom had blood stains in the ceiling!

Update needed

Pros: The location and on site parking are a plus.
Cons: The flooring in our room was terrible.
Location: A quick bus ride from the strip. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Location is good, but the hotel is in need of new flooring. Staff was welcoming and polite. Cleaning staff was responsive with requests.
