Nice hotel, rooms & stay

Everyone was great. My only issue is I was unaware that it’s at the very end of the strip, which made visiting other hotels and casinos a bit difficult. But the hotel and staff were great.

Pros: Everything
Location: Food in all hotels was very expensive. Did gas station across street for coffee and McDs for breakfast. Got the unlimited bus pass for $8 day.
Everything went extremely well.staff was great the room is fantastic. Received a room upgrade because I was a vet, plus discounts at hotel resturants and free parking. That was really appreciated. We had the MLife membership so checkiin was maybe a 10mn wait. The best thing to do is to get the unlimited bus pass ($8 day)and use it to travel the strip and off strip. To get cheaper stuff book off strip and bus in. The bus was clean and had bus monitors. They have a city bus that does an Express through the strip so it's only about 20 minutes to get to downtown and the food is much much cheaper and just as good I think. Many complaints about this hotels prices but they're really not correct as all the hotels have the same Resort fee and the same general prices for food and in room amenaties. Wish they would have a lower price option for stuff in room. The only way it will change is if people dont go. From what we saw the whole strip is very busy. We investigated alot before the trip so had it planned pretty well and new what was coming.

Refrigerator space

My only complaint would be the refrigerator space. The refrigerator was packed, leaving just enough room for you to put two personal drinks. You couldn’t remove anything to place your own things cause everything sits on pressure switches attached to your credit card. Remove an item for more than 3 seconds and your charged for it. 6 dollars for a 12oz bottle of water? Cmon!

Bate and Switch

Don't fall for the low room rate advertised. You'll pay 50% more in "resort fees," which you probably won't use. They should advertise the full price up front. Also, the walls are thin. If you have noisy neighbors like we did, you might not like it. Be prepared to do A LOT of walking too. From the parking garage, to the lobby to our room was a LONG HAUL.

Bad customer service Will not go again

We went to stay for 3 nights, we told customer service that there are some items missing in the fridge the first hr we got there, they said don't worry we will not charge it to your bill. We also told them that we wanted a late check out they said it would be till 4.00pm, There would be a charge which is fine, we also said that please don't deactivate the key cause we need to get out of the parking lot to get to the airport. When we got back to the room the room key was deactivated and we had to wait for 35 mins for security to come to open the door. Then we did not have a key to get out of the parking lot, we had to come back to get a new key to get out. Then when our bill came in the email we were charged for all drink that we did not drink. Then we had to call back and make sure the adjustment was done to the bill. We still haven't checked our credit card acct. After all this we were fedup going place back and forth because of the staff screwed up. Based on this experience we had for the first time, we know that we won't come there again or recommend any one to your hotel. Valerie G 503 409 2755
