We stayed four nights. The room was nice. The games in the casino didn't want to play though. I don't go to win or anything like that, but it would be nice if I could at least play for a bit before the machines took my money. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel was difficult on someone with a bad back. But valet parking is available. We ate breakfast at the Planet Hollywood Cafe, way too expensive! And the food wasn't that good. The Buffet downstairs was very good! And the street taco's at Yolo's were perfect. All in all, it was not bad.

nice hotel in Las Vegas

Pros: Staff was great. Price was very reasonable. The wing restaurant was delicious.
Location: It's Las Vegas--you do what you do in Vegas
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The casino is lively and fun. The restaurants were good. We brought two pets and we are glad your resort is "pet friendly". Housekeeping was very accommodating and serviced our room while we were away with the pets. The pet area didn't get cleaned all week and the bag dispenser was empty all week. We brought our own bags but some guests were less prepared so over the week the area got a bit messy. The waste can did't get emptied all week. We could tell because the bright yellow bags we brought kept piling up.

Really, really nice if....

Pros: Clean, modern, location
Cons: Maybe half frost the glass of club you can see the girls dancing on the platform while walking through the casino...have a little mystery
Location: Watch the Bellagio fountain show; near Paris Resort & Casino to go up the Eiffel Tower
Let's preface by saying, I needed a relatively affordable room for myself and my family while traveling out west. That is why we chose Planet Hollywood...also for it's location! We were there 04/06-04/07 Pros: Clean, modern, good location, Spice Market Buffet breakfast and Outdoor Pool Cons: Have to walk through casino which is not smoke-free; while walking through casino, can see barely dressed women dancing on platforms in the window of a club; can see men ogling said nearly naked women; Huge photo of young man's modeling portrait hanging in our room. It's been awhile since we've been in a casino...I guess times have changed. So wouldn't really recommend it to families with young kids. If you are without kids, have a blast!

The hotel/casino is impossible to navigate through. Our room was double booked and another guest was able to access our room while my wife was in the shower. Luckily we had the latch lock secured. Our best experience was with one Craps dealer named Ken and a valet attendant. The rest of the staff was average at best.

The hotel reeked of weed the AC in it was broken it was 80゚ It took over A-day to fix and then we had to change rooms from the odor the desk manager laughed in my face like it was a joke said he didn't know how to fix AC units so he didn't really care they gave us room service credit as an apology but then the room service credits didn't work and they tried to charge us before we left I spoke with 3 different managers altogether and it was a fight on the bill When they were trying to charge us for room service my sister had issues with her room and when she checked out the neighboring room had charged hundreds of dollars of room service to her room and it was a fight again with the manager to fix the bill these were blatant charges not made by her whatsoever and they were still going to make her pay them they just stood there and said there are lots of fees there are lots of fees there are lots of fees at which point we said over and over again we know there are lots of fees these room service charges are invalid after an hour they looked into the charges and found out they were for the neighboring room at which point they said they would dispute them but not technically remove them even though they know they're not hers I would never stay here again I would never recommend anyone else staying here again

Planet Hollywood

Pros: The room was very comfortable.
Cons: THE SPICE BUFFETT! Terrible!
My stay and room was great. only bad thing was the Spice Buffet. It was the worse I have ever had. Spent $80 on terrible food for 3 people. We didn't even go back for seconds cause nothing was good. The soft serve vanilla ice cream came out like sweet milk. The worse!!! Never again will I attempt to eat there. The only good thing about the buffet was the waitress, I think her name is Jasmina(??). Very nice lady. I will be notifying Planet Hollywood about the food in buffet. The café Hollywood was pretty good.

Large, comfortable room (bathroom was amazing) with a great view over the strip and Bellagio fountains. Staff was super friendly and prompt. Only downside was the pop machine wasn't cold, but my fridge was.
