When I booked the hotel the pictures shown where of the updated rooms, I was put in a non-updated room and the plumbing was horrible, you have to request a mini-fridge and the cleaning didn't happen regularly. The elevators (at least the Red ones) did not always operate properly trying to get to the 17th floor. The vending machine stole my money and didn't give me what I had purchased.

I booked a pyramid room and they put me in the tower from gold elevators which is the furthest away from entry. Has no view.unless you count a rooftop. I would tell anyone I know to never st Ay ere. this hotel to Anyone. The registration people said”it was an upgrade” which is not true at all.

The bath ex. Fan was not strong enough to keep the pot smell that people were smoking in other bath rooms from settling in our room . It was terrible , especially in the morning . We didn’t say anything cause nothing could be done about it and we thought it might get better but never did . Made time we were in the room terrible.
