I booked for two queen beds since we have kids and they gave me a King Bed with sofa pull out. We asked for the room we originally booked and they said they were sold out of those rooms. Then we asked to be relocated since they placed us next laundry room with other kids running around and it was loud. They said they couldn't accommodate us but maybe a discount- but since we booked through a 3rd party they couldn't do anything. On the upside the room was very clean.

The property is safe and clean and new. However...there are some ...features...that are odd. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that never really closes so if you are travelling with family...they gonna hear it all. The pills and beds are both soft and noisy for some reason. Getting in and out of the bed makes considerable noise and you need 4 pillows to do what 1 will do.

Second time staying at this facility. there was no hot water, even though they knew it when we checked in we were never advised. Manager did not see this as a problem.
