1-hour drive from Perth, 24 Beach Break Villa provides a relaxed atmoshphere with beautiful ocean/bushland views and sunsets from upstairs balcony.

This child friendly villa is situated in a safe, secure complex providing private access through a grassed area to a white sandy beach.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeps 8 comfortably which makes it ideal for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends. The large courtyard with BBQ is great for entertaining and is also a perfect space for the kids to play safely.

If relaxing and lounging around the pool at the complex is not enough, perhaps you could try these options at Ledge Point:

Fishing, walking or dolphin watching on the beach
Off-road driving on the surrounding tracks and dunes
Cycling on the roads/pathways
10 minute drive to Lancelin for a lazy lunch or dinner at a choice of several restaurants & 2 hotels/taverns.

Nearby places of interest are Lancelin, Gingin, Moore River, Seabird with New Norcia and the Pinnacles close enough to visit in a day.

Everything is provided (except food, drink and beach towels) for you to have a wonderful holiday break.

Ledge Point holiday

Good location easy walk to the beach. The pool heated outdoor pool was good for kids and games room for other activity options. I was impressed with the property set out with 2 living areas and many areas to sit inside and out. Nicely decorated and impressed had items for use from games, outdoor sports, hats and everyday kitchen condiments.And even the bicycles with helmets. The only thing I would mention is couldn’t get the wifi working for tv movies. We enjoyed the stay at the villa and would stay again.

Excellent service. We are so grateful for Jenny going above and beyond in accomodating our large, young family, she organised an extra set of high chair/portacot and moved some decor to make our toddler twins welcome guests too. Highly recommend. Was lovely to sip a coffee and watch the ocean from the balcony between wrangling small children. Thanks again!

Beautiful House

Whole house was just perfect. Has everything you need and very neat and super clean. Heaps of games and things for the kids and adults. Pool was lovely and the villa was so close to the beach. Lovely bottle of wine and wifi included. Will be recommending it to others and coming back again!

Good location with cosy house

The house was clean and as advertised. It was bid enough for the family of two. There were plenty if activities for kids of all age group to do inside the house as we had rainy season when we were there. The only thing on our second night the power went off from 9pm and did not come back even after we left the property. We were not prepared for that. No fault of the owner or the property.

Quiet and Peaceful Retreat

Spent a great Christmas in this villa which caters for every need. It is tastefully decorated, quiet and peaceful, with lots of comfortable spaces to chill out and enjoy the slower pace of life in Ledge Point. Will be back for sure as the tennis court and pool are great for kids, and as it is a gated complex, it is safe for them to roam.
