At PARKER BLISS, we strive for all our Guests to enjoy a 5-star experience from start to finish.

We accept instant bookings. We will confirm your reservation and
e-mail the PARKER BLISS AGREEMENT for you to read, complete, initial and e-sign prior to your stay.

We are a dog friendly home for small to medium size dog(s) under 50 lbs. Please send us an inquiry with your pet details (name, size, breed, how many, etc.) for pre-approval BEFORE making your reservation. Upon pet approval, a $150.00 pet fee, per pet, shall be paid and the PET ADDENDUM shall be signed. We wish we could allow all dogs, of all sizes and breeds, to stay at our property, but we are limited by our insurance. Please send us an inquiry if you plan to have a SERVICE ANIMAL or an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL on the property. For liability purposes, the ANIMAL ASSISTANCE ADDENDUM shall be signed.

Benefits of Staying at PARKER BLISS

We are private owners who self-manage the property. We are easily accessible, DAY or NIGHT, by phone, text, e-mail, or VRBO messaging.

We keep pricing simple. The price quoted on VRBO is the same price for 2 people as it is for the maximum of 6 people. This includes children 0-17 years old. As long as the signed PARKER BLISS AGREEMENT is followed, and there are no claims submitted for damages or additional fees, there are no surprise cost after checking-out. Payments made to us through VRBO can be made in full or up to 3 installments: 35% at the time of booking, 35% 65 days before check-in and 30%, 35 days before check-in.

We offer contactless check-in and check-out. Our Guests choose their own access code for the electronic locks and ADT Security system. Guests may check-in anytime AFTER 4:00 PM EST and check-out anytime BEFORE 10:00 AM EST.

We pride ourselves on a clean, well-maintained and well-equipped home. PARKER BLISS has standard maintenance services performed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Such as lawn care, pool service, salt delivery, pest control, A/C maintenance, pool heater maintenance, etc.

We provide a pet friendly environment. Your furry friend will enjoy using the medium size doggy door to enter the fenced-in backyard from the pool enclosure or taking long walks on a leash within our rural neighborhood.

We are a 100% non-smoking property. There is NO SMOKING permitted ANYWHERE on the property, including the sidewalk, the enclosed front porch, driveway, garage, inside the home, back lanai, pool enclosure, the front and back yards. This NO SMOKING policy includes all forms of smoking (e.g. marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.). Smoking is ONLY permitted OFF Property such as the vacant lot across the street.

NO events, NO parties, NO large gatherings permitted that exceeds the maximum occupancy (6) and maximum number of vehicles (3). Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an inquiry PRIOR to making your reservation, if your vacation plans include exceeding the maximum occupancy (6) or the maximum number of vehicles (3).

Our Internet / Wi-if is limited in our rural area. Securing a fast and reliable Internet / Wi-Fi provider has been a challenge. We are patiently waiting for an alternative Internet provider to become available. At present we only have two options: CenturyLink DSL and T-Mobile 5G Home Internet. CenturyLink DSL provides Internet speeds up to 3 Mbps. T-Mobile 5G Home Internet is in the process of repairing their cell tower and is waiting on parts. It is unknown when T-Mobile cell tower will be repaired.

Walk through the sliding glass doors to the back lanai. The lanai sits underneath a 30’ x 48’, UV protected screened enclosure, providing protection from sun and bugs. There is a dining table for 6, a mini fridge to store cold food and beverages, and a BBQ grill to cook meals. In the evening relax in the heated hot tub.

Steps away you will find a beautiful, 32’ x 17’, curved, custom built, saltwater, swimming pool. The pool depth is 3'6" at the shallow end that slopes down to a pool depth of 5'6" at the deep end where the pool loungers invite you lay in the sun. The pool is electric heated to take the chill out when the weather is cooler. Privacy surrounds the pool enclosure by Areca palm trees and Calusa bushes. A pool barrier fence encloses the pool for the safety of children. When you are not in the mood to swim, put your toes in the water and feel the water bubbler relax your feet. In the evenings listen to the sounds of 3, three-foot, sheer descent waterfalls. From dusk to dawn the lanai lights will illuminate the pool area creating a blissful ambience. Control the lanai lights with a remote to change colors, dim the lights, or turn them off for a restful night’s sleep. Bring your night swimming to life with two (2) colorful pool LED lights.

ADT Security protects Parker Bliss and its Guests. There are non-audio and audio, motion-activated security cameras viewing the the street, the sidewalk, front porch (doorbell), driveway, garage (garage door opener), each side of the house, lanai and pool area. Each camera is identified with a security sticker or label. The security cameras are not monitored 24 hrs/day but they can be viewed live when notifications are received and when video clips are captured by motion. There are no security cameras inside the home.

The Living Room has a curved 65” Samsung Smart TV, with DirectTV satellite TV service (120 channels + local channels), a Blu-Ray DVD player and Bose surround. The Fireplace media center provides a romantic setting when the flames are turned on or supply heat on those chilly Florida nights. The power recliner has a built-in USB to power up your devices, two cup holders to hold your favorite beverage, and push buttons to put your feet up. Lie on the modern sectional and push the ottoman in close for instant snuggle time.

The Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It is furnished with everyday essentials such as a large cup coffee maker, single serve Keurig, tea kettle, toaster, waffle maker, dishes, slow cooker, bakeware, and other cookware. Eat at the breakfast bar on swivel bar stools or at the dining room table.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, a nightstand, and a closet. Enjoy a restful night sleep with no distractions from TV.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, two nightstands, and a closet. Enjoy TV in bed with the 50” Samsung Smart TV, DirectTV service (120 channels + local channels) and a Blu-Ray DVD player.

The Guest bathroom has a single vanity, storage, toilet, and combination tub / shower.

Master bedroom has a King size bed, a nightstand, a walk-in closet. Enjoy TV in bed with the 48” Samsung Smart TV, DirectTV service (120 channels + local channels) and a Blu-Ray DVD player.
