Materiel defectueux ,salle de bain qui fuit et des moisissures,le verrou ne fonctionne pas,les coussins sont taches,les chaises inconfortables.La porte d'entree ferme mal,le placard de la cuisine ne ferme pas.Il faudrait preciser que les deux petits lits à l'etage ne conviennent pas pour des enfants.Pas de tancarville etc...

Excellent séjour, très bien situé pour les visites
Un grand merci pour l'accueil, j'ai passé un excellent séjour ! Appartement très bien situé au centre du village de les Vans, un petit havre de paix où il fait bon vivre et se balader tout en ayant tout à proximité. J'ai pu profiter du marché ainsi que du dernier nocturne. Logement situé à une demi heure des endroits touristiques : Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Vinezac, Ruoms... Merci pour le conseil de balade autour du logement à Naves. Climatisation, garage fermé dans la cour arrière, petites attentions de bienvenue... Je vous le conseille, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil !

Séjour très agréable
Appartement spacieux, bien situé dans village dynamique ( marchés divers,office de tourisme de bon conseil, bcp de commerces, artisans à 2 pas). La chambre du haut pour les enfants est chaude malgré un climatiseur et pas possible de mettre dans le noir donc réveil matinal!😉 Parking bien pratique, résidence calme, nous vous conseillons de vous y rendre.

Hôte sympathique et bienveillante. Bonne communication. Beaucoup d'activités aux alentours.
Location bien placée. 2eme chambre à l'étage n'est pas utilisable quand il fait chaud. Dommage que le velux ne puisse s'ouvrir. Petit congélateur serait apprécié pour les pains de glace.

Appartement confortable, 2 points à améliorer
La propriétaire agréable et chaleureuse nous a accueilli dans les meilleures conditions. L’appartement est situé en centre ville ce qui donne accès immédiatement à la vie locale. Le logement est spacieux, entretenu, au calme. Tout pour faire la cuisine, literie confortable, sdd fonctionnelle, place de parking privatif appréciable. 2 pistes d’amélioration que je suggère : - Disposer d’une armoire (avec étagères) dans les 2 chambres pour entreposer ses effets personnels, en sus des placards cintres ; - Rendre accessible le velux de la chambre enfant pour rafraichir et renouveler l’air de la pièce (Ventilateur/climatiseur mobile trop bruyant). Le logement a contribué à la satisfaction de notre séjour en Ardèche. Merci :-)

Séjour agréable et parfait accueil !
Charline vous accueille parfaitement et sa gentillesse est très appréciable ! L'appartement est confortable, spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Il y fait très chaud toutefois mais il est traversant donc les courants d'air sont possibles. Prévoir un ventilateur éventuellement pour les étés chauds comme cette année. Le quartier est vivant, les gens sont accueillants, détendus, c'est vraiment très agréable. Vous n'aurez à vous plaindre de rien, Charline est une hôte au top ! Nous recommandons !!!
