Office was not open when we got there at 2:30 pm and no one was anywhere on the grounds. The telephone number they left to call was disconnected. We had to find a new hotel. If I am charged with this bill, I will never use travelocity again.

SORRY WE MISSED YOU BUT LOBBY IS ALWAYS OPEN TILL 11PM AT NIGHT TO 7 AM IN THE MORNING SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION AND WHAT IS THE NUMBER THAT IS DISCONNECTED YOU CALLED??AS FOR MY RECORDS YOU DID NOT CALL OR CANCELL

The room smelled musty- the windows were at the top of the wall - the bathtub looked like it was from the 70s - it was a red/orange color. The entire motel was very old and needed to be modernized. The breakfast was a prepackaged roll - there was minimal variety.
