Comfortable stay and welcoming home
Visiting a friend for her birthday and this home was a first time rental for me. I’m one to always stay at the same VrBo’s each trip but I needed a pet friendly home this time. Fenced in back yard was helpful as well as the screened in porch for watching him play outside. Will definitely be booking here for all future Summerville trips.

Clean and close to Historic Summerville
Clean and decorated nicely with little touches to make you feel welcomed. Fenced backyard for our dogs to run around. Nice laundry machines. Neighbors are close but did not hear them once inside. If you want a fun activity to do. Try goat yoga at Flowertown Charm Farm. They also have animal cuddle sessions. There are goats, chickens, and pigs. When I was there the piglets were recently born and you could hold them.

Nice house
We enjoyed it, though a place that sleeps 6 or 7 needs enough silverware and plates for a meal for them. There were 4 spoons! We served chili and had our grandson bring spoons! Only 3 washcloths in the upstairs. Otherwise things were fine.

No hassles
Property comes with a nice compliment of items you will need. Towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets all included. The checkout procedure was absolutely no hassle and allowed to leave extra early in the morning without a lot of cleaning. The host communication was excellent and she provided quick responses to any and all inquiries. Would stay again!

Nice place but very dirty
Please do not let the “professionally clean” trick you into thinking this place is clean. The bathroom/kitchen were sanitized at best. We were greeted to piles of dog hair on the floor and a rug/couch that hadn’t been vaccumed in months. I reported to owner and was told that she would notify her staff. No offer to help fix the problem. There was no accessible vacuum only a broom. Thankfully we were local and able to get my own personal vaccum to clean the home. We wouldn’t have been able to stay other wise with a little one that has bad allergies. The home is very beautiful with good amenities! It was very disappointing that 1. The place was so dirty on arrival 2. There was no offer/action on the owner to help fix the problem.

Pleasant townhouse
This is a very nice townhouse that is great for families. Dominique was very pleasant and responds quickly. Keep in mind it is a townhouse and the neighbor that is attached to the townhouse is quiet but the neighbor beside the townhouse has a colorful personality and a voice that carries. So if you want to enjoy peaceful evenings on the screened in porch…don’t count on it😉
