We stayed in the family cottage, a charming space furnished with eclectic decor and wonderful antiques. The bed was incredibly comfortable, complete with a nice heavy down cover that ensured a good night's sleep. In conclusion, our stay at Alpenhof was nothing short of magical. From the delicious breakfast to the enchanting surroundings, it's a place we'll certainly be returning to. "I can give nothing but positive feedback on this property. Not only was it essentially a home away from home, during my stay in Pennsylvania, it too met all my needs an accommodations. The host Russell couldn't have been more friendlier an helpful, from when I booked my the location back in August of 2023, all the way to up to my entire time, of being in the area this past week. He not only responded in a timely manner from beginning to end, he too was understanding to my late arrival on the initial day of check-in, an was kind enough to make sure there was proper lighting at the property, so that I was not walking into a dark setting. This location did the job of giving me a safe an secure stay for both my dog an I, in what is a beautiful neighborhood, near the town's various means of transportation i.e. train, bus, etc. . You get your own assigned parking spot on site, an are within a quiet community, that is very welcoming.
