Great location, parking nearby, spacious room, kettle on room, free wifi. Only complaint is that there was a huge was of hair left in the shower upon check in.

I would recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. It's very convenient too. It's very close to the town centre and pier area. We used Q Parking in Liverpool One was 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel very pleasant. It next door to James Street railway station if you dont want to use your car.

Spent 2 nights at the Hotel, couldn't fault it. Staff excellent and very helpful . Room a good size and very clean. Our only quibble they don't do breakfast but on the plus side there is a Weatherspoons just over the road.
