Very nice hotel. We weren't there but the one night, but it was comfortable.

The hotel had a group shuttle to the LHR terminals for a fee. It picked up at Hilton Garden Inn first then to 5 or 6 other hotels in and around the LHR complex. Got crowded but was not hard to figure out how to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to answer questions and support our needs.

When checking in I stood waiting for almost 20 minutes before anyone at the counter even asked me if I was checking in. The beds in the hotel were extremely uncomfortable.
