I was very disappointed in the shuttle service to the airport. We stayed at that hotel primarily because they advertised shuttle service from and back to the airport. We needed to leave for the airport at 5;00 am and could only be scheduled to take a 3:00 am shuttle because the shuttle for five am was “full”as were all others after 3:00 am. There should be enough shuttles to accommodate. We ended up taking a “cab” arranged by the receptionist for $120, cash only. I won’t stay there again.
