The first room I was given had a broken heating unit. The second room I was put in has dirty stained carpet and plaster all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. The couch is dirty. I’m unpleasantly surprised

Undesirable “guests” and bad smells
A lot of undesirables walking in and out of the lobby. People smoking out front and lingering around the front desk looked like crack-heads. It seemed like there was something shady going on between the front desk staff and the “guests” lingering the lobby area. Also the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like dirt. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Worst Hilton Stay Ever!
This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long while...and to think this is a Hilton! Where to start: 1) no safe in room 2) closet door broken - would not slide 3) smoke detector not attached to ceiling 3) large stain on couch 4) coffee table is a small square - not sure what it is 5) no light on both sides of bed - just one side 6) end table - same side as no light - just a small square table - no drawer or cubby 7) treadmill in exercise room broken 8) Peloton was "updating" for two days and unable to use 9) jacuzzi was empty and broken 10) no coffee in lobby during the day - only during breakfast hours - ridiculous - its cold during the winter in NY - the least you could do is provide coffee for your guests! 11) lamp shade in room torn and cracked 12) towel/robe hook on bathroom door not secure, kept spinning around and dropping the towel off the hook. To think that I paid for this horrible stay - I did mention all this to the concierge and they told me to complain here & apologized for the inconvenience. This was completely unacceptable and I feel that Hilton has fallen to a new low.
