This is a quaint little house which is close to Jones Beach and we stayed overnight for a concert. Very quiet and easy to get to. Good parking for the car.

Clean room and bathroom . Quiet by 10:30pm.i would suggest they invest in some new doors and redo the hallways.

In a quiet, residential neighborhood, with a park next door with a bike path to Jones Beach, and a restaurant downstairs. The room was clean, but basic. No chairs, just two beds and bath, microwave and fridge, no coffee maker. There is also no coffee or breakfast of any kind, you have to go to the nearby places to get a coffee or anything. But the staff is friendly and the Italian restaurant convenient and good.

Thank you for the feedback. We do offer coffee makers upon request in rooms without one and we do make coffee every morning in the restauarant for the guests. I do apologize you were not aware. Breakfast is coming soon so maybe on your next stay you will feel more at home!

It took forever for them to check us in. About 15 minutes after we already set it up through Travelocity. Then the first room was hot and stifling.... no AC no fans. Then I laid down on the bed and it smelled like ASS (literally) so I lifted up the blanket and the sheet had a huge orange stain on it! It was disgusting! You can tell the sheets and blankets had not been changed! The guy was nice enough to switch rooms for us. The next room was nicer and bigger but we only had ONE washcloth to share..... it kinda gives you a bed and breakfast Vibe. Not really a hotel but an inn. Seems to be family owned.
