New 120m2 house, furnished with 3-star tourism. 4 bedrooms upstairs (8 people). It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville-sur-Mer (5km) and La Tranche-sur-Mer (6km).

It is equipped with a 6-seater jacuzzi spa, a large terrace with ping pong table. Bud-Bud beach and surf spot is 1.6 km away. Supervised beach of Les Conches at 2km, accessible by car (2mn, parking) or by the forest, by bike (cycle paths) or on foot.

The hamlet of Les Conches offers you peace and tranquility. The coastline is untouched by any construction thanks to the national forest which is backed by the dune cordon. Originally a market garden hamlet, it is therefore possible to buy fresh produce all year round.
From the house you access the beautiful beaches and the Bud Bud surf spot through the forest. but also to cycle paths to the north or south of Vendée.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison bien agréable, claire, au calme. Petit plus avec le jacuzzi. Nous avons découvert la région et avons apprécié le côté nature avec la forêt , les dunes la grande plage.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe
Wir waren zu 8 ( zwei Familien) und verbrachten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Les Conches. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und lässt sich gut gegen Sonne schützen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum Surfstrand Bud und Les Conches haben wir sehr geschätzt. Jedoch hatten wir ein paar Mal Probleme mit den Nachbarn, die direkt neben dem einen Schlafzimmer bis spät in die Nacht hinein laut waren. Marie und Yann haben sich gleich gekümmert und es war dann etwas ruhiger. Die Küche war ok, der Kühlschrank für 8 Personen jedoch zu klein und schon etwas kaputt. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Super vermieter! Super whirpool. Zentrale Lage. Ein Katzensprung zum legendären Bud Bud surfstrand. Im unmittelbarer Umgebung la tranche sur mer mit surfshops, skatepark und jeder Menge französisches fastfood. 🤙🤙🤙 Wir kommen wieder 👍👍

Tout était nickel, comme à la maison, voire mieux (jacuzzi). Une maison récente, calme, hyper propre et conforme à l'annonce. Merci également au propriétaire qui a su répondre rapidement à notre demande et nous apporter des infos utiles.

Maison spacieuse et très agréable
Maison neuve très agréable à vivre, proche des plages. A noter la très grande propreté de la maison à notre arrivée. Nous avons profité de la nature à pied et à vélo grâce aux multiples pistes cyclables. Nous étions 8 personnes et chacun a pu profiter de cette belle semaine. Maison à recommander pour visiter cette belle région. Pour finir, merci à Yann pour sa sympathie !

Sehr netter Vermieter. Hervorragende Kommunikation vor der Abreise. Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Das Haus ist sehr neu und somit auch noch nicht so sehr verwohnt. Es könnte ein zwei mehr Pfannen bzw Töpfe haben. Aber im großen und ganzen ist es reichlich ausgestattet. Es gibt für uns nur einen Minuspunkt. Das obere szockwerk ist recht hellhörig wenn man mit Kindern dort ist kann es etwas dauern bis jeder seine Ruhe gefunden hat. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der vorhandene Whirlpool hat ebenfalls dazu beigetragen.
