Felt unsafe there and decided not to stay for that reason. Encountered many homeless people as well as individuals impaired by alcohol or drugs as we entered the property. The front desk clerk wanted $100 cash as damage deposit before we could stay. I thought that was unusual. Overall, the place looked run down and dirty. My spider sense told me to protect the health and welfare of my kids and leave quickly

We paid for the room through Travelocity, arrived at hotel and no rooms were available!

None of the pictures of the property are update. There is not an outside Tiki Bar, the restaurant is almost never open and that is the only place to get ice (and it has a B rating with a very bad smell inside), there is no outside eating place that is pictured by the pool. No tables either. When I arrived they told me that Travelocity cancelled my reservation, should have took that as a sign and just left. Thought is was going to be fun place to stay. Very disappointed by all the false advertising and pictures.

Dangerous neighborhood and horrible room.

Pros: Close to the airport. That's all it has going for it.
Cons: I don't think this is the type of place interested in improving. They have a cheap rate near the airport so they will get business no matter what. :(
Location: Airport is close by. I didn't stick around in the neighborhood long enough to look around.
Really cheap room and still not worth it! I have very low standards and always joke with my wife I could stay about anywhere. This place really tested me. I'm a cheap guy and I very nearly checked out and paid for another hotel. For starters, the neighborhood is pretty sketchy. Really felt like I might get robbed in the parking lot, which is TINY. Hopefully you aren't bringing a car. The lobby is pretty dank and generally pretty low class. Always seemed to be a few overly dressed ladies hanging out in the lobby if you know what I mean... Also a few guys sitting around auspiciously in the bar area heavily eyeballing everyone that walks by. Got the impression they were drug dealers or maybe pimps. Possibly both. The room was obviously a small apartment that was converted into a hotel room. The couch is a worn out leather piece of crap. The room smelled funny. The carpet was crazy dirty. The bathroom wasn't bad, I guess. The bed had crappy sheets that barely covered a filthy mattress. The windows don't block out the sounds of the street. People yelling all hours of the night, cars screeching, just about anything you could imagine. Next time I will just go sleep in the airport.

NEVER AGAIN

Don't leave women and children unattended as I witnessed several possibly homeless people wonder in through the parking lot. Parking was so tight, don't even think of making a late night drive, or even a getaway. Getting fresh wash rags was like pulling teeth. Don't leave your car unlocked as things came up missing from mine. Thanks Travelocity. But no thanks. I'll never again take advantage of the "surprise deal" again. If I ever use you again.
