Super nice staff. They made me really feel welcome. It’s an older property and it shows. My sink faucet dripped all night long. Comfortable bed. Nice enough linens. Big room. Breakfast was lame: instant oatmeal and granola bars. Fake cream for the coffee. Convenient location to quick restaurants and the shopping mall. I’d stay again.

When we first checked in, we were not greeted, WE had to get their attention!? Then, a clerk came forward, NO SMILE, NO GREETING, just can I have your name. Their hospitality NEVER got any better!!?? Our ROOM was fine, but I thought it was ODD that when we needed to replace any amenities, ie: towels, new garbage bags, etc., that WE would have to come down to the front desk to retrieve them ourselves!!?? And WE would have to go down the hall to empty our garbage! Maybe that's how Extended Stay America's operate, but even Motel 6 has better service!! --The saving grace was the location to many restaurants (walking distance) and a BIG mall with an AMC movie theater! --The ONE person who ever spoke to us during our stay was the housekeeper, and she was VERY friendly, asked us how are stay was, if we needed anything, and even wished us a SAFE trip back home!! Maybe SHE should be working the front desk!! I will NEVER stay in an Extended Stay America again, and will recommend my friends don't either! Travelocity should take them off their list!

I didn't like that they weren't accomidating me when I asked for an early check-in when the room was available. There was a parade down there street and all the surrounding streets were closed. So I had to wait the parade out and sit in my car.

Key card kept malfunctioning even though I kept it away from my cell phone and other electronics. If you can’t offer apples and oranges maybe provide packs of raisins or bananas.

cozy temp home
both clerks were easy to contact and very accommodating. my bathroom fan was noisy and intermittent but they tend to do that. it's a beautiful thing to barrow a pan and cook up stuff from the grocers down the street.

Hotel experience
Room stink brought about allergy headache
Later discovered it was a leaking toilet that caused the smell.
So I had to close bathroom door
Open windows and the front door to air out room.
Otherwise everything was fine.
Staff was great pleasant helpful
They also took a report of the issue
