Level was amazing for our 5 night stay. Very spacious apartment style lodging with great city views. The pool, steam & sauna, basketball court, workout room & outdoor movie area were fantastic! Like a little resort. We thoroughly enjoyed it all. Such a great home base for our family vacation. Would highly recommend! Parking is pricy at the level garage, but it is 24 hr full valet. We considered parking at several of the outdoor area lots,but were advised not to do so for overnight.

Was very big, nice view, 4 people staying for almost a week in the two bedroom corner suite. Two full baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything you Pretty much need., kitchen literally has everything, pots, pans, silverware, glasses ext. Balcony with a lot of furniture. Only issues I had was THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. The whole reason I use the Travelocity app is to reserve now and pay later, with cash. Was not able to do that, had an over $8,000 stay we had to put on my card, it was just a headache when we had the cash on hand, and I was willing to put my credit card on file for incidentals!! Honestly won’t stay her again because of that, which is ridiculous but it is what it is, we come every few months and stay a week or longer so was hoping this was a good place to return to. :/ Getting into the building is a hassle!! If you go thru the front lobby just a hello as you pass by the elevators but if you go in thru the side door there’s a man there harassing you and everyone your with like you aren’t staying there!! Literally went out to get my DoorDash and the guy made me show my card even when he legit saw me leave and come right back in 5 seconds later!! Very unnecessary, especially with seeing me leave a second before. Pool & hot tub closes at 10, so no hot tub once it’s finally cool enough to stand it. Also you should offer a free viewing of a movie on the roof top to guest, just saying.
