great hotel

Pros: quiet secure peaceful stay.
Cons: bathroon fan was unplugged once I plugged it back in it was very noisey
Location: went to the convention center and Disney land great location near to everything good restaurants nearby easy access to freeway. gotta come back.
the hotel is great management was excellent housekeeping kept this from being a top rating. they left the dirty pillow cases on the bed, fresh on the pillow but the dirty ones were on the foot of the bed. the toilet paper we down to just a few sheet left on the roll. and daily there was things left undone. one night my wife said she saw a cockroach.

It's was horrible, rude customer service.

Location: Everything around it is very convenient
Hotel room was slightly cleaned. Sorry floors, rude customer service when we first arrived.
