This is a residence for people in dire straits living on vouchers. They don’t have to get up early so they make lots of noise all night. Neither the bath nor shower worked and no lid on the toilet seat, mirror falling down, sheets dirty. I would have felt very unsafe without my fierce dog. The dumpsters needed to be emptied long ago. Sad depressing place
I have booked a room for 2 days LA visit with my family and kid. In the evening when we reached the hotel from San Francisco to the Motel 6 after 8 hours drive and exhausted, the front desk lady and their fake manager denied to check us in just with a silly reason. I provided my California DL and my Wife shows other IDs as she was new here and was not yet having an CA ID ready. We had to find out another hotel in that night for our stay. Lady was very rude on us misbehaved. Will never book that motel anymore again nor recommend anyone.
We booked for a nonsmoking room because my fiancee has asthma and also we want the fridge for our friendly pets. When we checked in the room had strong odor of cigarettes in Rm 235 . There's no fridge so I complained . I finished an air freshener I bought to remove the strong smoke or cigarette odor opened the windows and curtain but still it did not help at 11:30 we were moved to Rm 110 for Disabled people . It was too late so we just settled there but the sink was leaking underneath and the toilet iflush is malfunctioning it smells moldy in the room and the bedsheets still smells like cigarette. The worst thing was there were 3 big flies that we need to kill before we can sleep.....worst experience EVER! I think I need to be compensated or I need my refund for the reward money I used $64 plus.
I didn’t get what i paid for. i ordered a queen bedroom/non smoking. and when i got to the hotel to check in, i go into the room i was given, to find out it smelled completely like smoke with 2 standard beds. i go back to the desk and the lady insists on what she had in her screen, even though i clearly show her i paid for a single queen bedroom/ non smoking. i never got a email or was advised that my room would be changed. on top of that the desk lady was claiming that they were booked so i couldn’t get my queen bedroom like i paid for. so after going back and forth, trying to get situated. she gave me a new room with 2 beds. other than that everything else was fine. but the fact that i didn’t get what i paid for and the lady was coming up with excuses about what i initially paid for is pretty upsetting.
