Clean... one lamp shade was broken. Happy the room doesn't have carpet as thats just gross!

I didn't like the fact that The TV did not work at all after a long day driving people like to relax and watch TV but unfortunately the TV did not work at all when we called the front desk we were told try unplugging it and plugging it back in the tv never worked nothing could get it to work..... I think it's highly unfair to charge full prices races when you don't even have a television is navitelevision or any way to fix it for your gas basically we were told that the repairman would come the next day but we were leaving the next morning so that really didn't help us at all

Couldn't get checked in because their computer system was down. How can I book and pay for a room but not get checked in? Had to go to another hotel. Not happy

Disclaimer: I booked this room for location and price. Wasn't expecting much for 66 bucks, but was disappointed anyway. Front desk was fine and friendly, even apologetic, which was a plus, but the room was in rough shape. Technically it was clean, no trash, but it was run down. Spartan, dated furnature and fixtures, other than a fairly modern sink that looked totally out of place there. Every vent cover was askew or hanging out of the wall. TV was damaged. The A.C. unit was ancient, and no thermostat, just on/off option, and was not on when I arrived so at 9pm I walked into a room that had to be 90 degrees. Though I had a reservation, I asked for the pay when you check in option. They charged my card hours before I got there. Walls are thin, and clearly no noise protocol, or at least not one enforced. Voices outside all night. Awakened at 4am by people running down stairs and talking at full volume. Should have just slept in my truck at a rest stop. I'd be 60 bucks richer and had a better night sleep.

Front desk was great. Worked with us to get a part for our car and a ride to the auto parts store. We had pulled in to the gas station across from the hotel, and broke a tie rod pulling out to check in to the motel. After a long drive and hot weather, the cool room was appreciated.

It was a good value for the money. Toilet seat was loose and the A/C fan had an annoying rumble on low speed. I moved it to High and it was okay.
