Just missed the mark. The bed pillows smelled like unwashed hair and were not comfortable. Onecould tell that they were trying to give a good experience but there too many things wrong with the property. Gettings new beds, pillows, and linens would greatly improve the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful but i would not stay again.

Lovely people and a very nice, quiet boutique hotel next to the town square. This is the second time we have stayed here. They have a delicious restaurant that we enjoyed the last time we stayed.

Beautiful property in a convenient location. Great for couples of people traveling alone. However, several issues with amenities. My room had no hot water, even if I turned the lever all the way up and let it run for 10 minutes as the property suggested. The wifi is spotty, and there were several power outages while we were there. You also have to go to the bar for ice, which would take several (15 minutes) if they had any bar customers they were focused on.

All Casa Natalia employees were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and they told us where we could park our car. We enjoyed our little patio in the morning. A few weeks before our arrival they helped us schedule a COVID test. The doctor arrived on time, as scheduled, and it was an easy process. Wonderful staff! The only negative thing I have to say was that it was a little loud with noise from the square and roosters crowing. However, by about 10:30 P.M. on both nights it did quiet down and we were able to sleep. I am a light sleeper, so others may not feel the same way. Overall, I would recommend this place because there are many wonderful dining options within walking distance.
