Greg is a great attentive host. He was very responsive to our questions and is knowledgeable about the area. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The patio feels private and has an amazing view. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Nice complex. However.......
As much as we loved the location and complex, we were very dissappointed with the unit. First finding black mould to deal with around the kitchen sink, which we took care of. The old refridgerator had a disturbing noise requiring us to turn it off at night in order to sleep. The owner made numerous attempts to have it repaired but was unsuccessful. The unit needs all new appliances and new tub/shower. This unit did not provide a barbecue. It did have a small electric grill which we found useless. The owner suggested we buy one at our own expense.

Clean and safe neighborhood. 24/7 security at entrance monitoring traffic. Private parking near condo. Private infinity pool for condo owners. Beautiful view of ocean from large balcony. Would stay again!

Lomas de La Jolla
Delightful stay at Mr Noell's condo. Has a wonderful view of the ocean, even better than the picture. Very nice that he accepts a pet, it let us take our fur babies with us this year, their first time at the beach. We loved our stay, within walking distance of many restaurants, and right across from Playa Azul, just go under the bridge and you're there, and it was so big it was never crowded. Thank you Greg.

Overall this is a beautiful condo. It is very clean, has a gorgeous view and is extremely private.
The property is 100% kept up beautifully. Gorgeous flowers and a great setting. The only thing that people should know is that it is very difficult to go down a lot of steps if one were handicapped. No elevators. The unit is beautifully decorated and kitchen is fully equipped. A great getaway.
