In close proximity are restaurants, museums, shops, public tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course and the Lunenburg Harbour. Sailing excursions can easily be arranged. A famous schooner, the Bluenose, is often in port.

Great location
This rental was a great for a place to stay and explore Lunenburg. Super close to lots of restaurants and sightseeing. It was perfect for my husband and I. Keep in mind this unit does not have AC and we were there on a particularly hot weekend so it was hard to get the place to cool down. We were not able to figure out how to open the windows, which we were told could open so maybe someone else can have better luck with that. Didn’t ruin the trip, but definitely worth noting if you’re sensitive to this. There was a bit of miscommunication on the listing amenities that I’m told will be corrected. Otherwise recommend staying here and we would return!

We especially appreciated the absence of perfumed soapa and cleaners and the style and decor of this clean unit. An extraordinary warm week; difficult to cool down the unit, and some street noise-----overall a place to which we will return.
