Very friendly staff. Timely check in and checkout. Exceptional room with a beautiful terrace and an amazing view of the Nile river. Really great breakfast room and other lovely restaurants. Loved it all around.

The Steigenberger Nile Palace is a beautiful hotel, but the rooms seemed like they hadn't been updated since 1989. I wish the rooms had softer mattresses and it was very difficult for us to charge our various phones and devices in the limited outlets in the room. There was no built in USB charging ability, the Cable TV did not work, as I said, the beds were very hard, and the bathroom had no wash cloths. Very odd. On the bright side, the hotel itself is very picturesque, the restaurant was good and the breakfast was very nice.

Absolutely stunning hotel, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Room upgrade was great. Will definitely stay here again. Food in different restaurants was great.

The staff are very friendly and the view from our deck was so fun. The breakfast buffet had suck a variety. We enjoyed our stay here.
