A very minimalist approach to room decor: no closet or drawers, limited counter space in bathroom, only one bathroom cup for two guests. Reasonably complete buffet breakfast (although egg cooker was rather strange, and utensils, cups, glasses and food tended to run out as service progressed). Afternoon snacks and all-day food items were a welcome amenity (although we were not quite sure about the protocol for getting a glass or two of wine). We were given a room with no air-conditioning on a 90 degree F day, and we could not switch rooms until the second night. A fan was provided, but it offered little relief. The second room we were given had a weird bathroom setup: we had to walk through the shower stall to get to the sink and toilet. (At check-out, we were told that planned renovations would fix this problem.) Staff were friendly and helpful with things within their power to act. Overall, it was an okay three days and we would come back again if some promised changes were made.

Nice, contemporary hotel along Rhone river
Staff were very attentive to needs, 24 hour access to complimentary drinks and healthy snacks, evening appetizers available everyday. Walking distance to some attractions. Thank you to Arthur, receptionist for assisting me in booking transportation to Paris.
