Overnight stay with dinner
Great overnight stay with dinner, all staff were super friendly and professional. Room was clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. My request for a bathroom without a shower curtain had been noted and the en-suite was warm, the shower was powerful and had a screen, the toiletries provided were of a high quality and the Dyson hairdryer was a bonus.

Feels like home
Have stayed here so many times it feels like home. Staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. Problems are rare but if they've happened the team have gone out of their way to fix it. This is the most dog friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. Although we don't have one now it just adds to the family atmosphere.

Lots of positives but an arctic bathroom
Everything was fine. Nice room , friendly , but not overbearing staff and good breakfast. Lovely building and Malton is a great little market town . However the bathroom was absolutely freezing with no heating whatsoever and windows that didn’t seem to shut properly This was in the middle of a -2 spell of weather and no housekeeping available because we were late and only staying one night
