My family and I stayed in 3 different rooms. All with A/C and private bathrooms. The room in the beach had some common dirt in furniture. All the rest of the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Given the hotel is a bit isolated, it would improve a customers stay if some transport was provided to make it easier to get into town. Pleasant surrounds, breakfast adequate and plenty of hot water. Econ rooms sufficient for the stay. One slight problem, but rectifies soon enough.
