TERRIBLE is not a strong enough word
This unit is nothing more that a college dorm style room. All the owners property is still in the unit. You barely have 1 shelf to unpack your clothes so all 3 of our suitcases were in the living room if that's what you want to call it. The owner waited until we arrived to tell us the rice cooker and hot plate didn't work. You could not cook in this unit. Nor will they let you use the wash machine. The cupboards are licked up and there are a few dishes in the tiny refrigerator of all places for you to use. The bed was very uncomfortable and the springs on the small couch would poke you in the rear so you can't relax anywhere in this unit. Since the owner refused to be honest with us, we only stayed 1 night and I politely asked the owner to refund my money as he totally misrepresented the unit. I got the run around and he kept my money even though he lied about the condition and use of the unit. This is by far the worst place I have ever rented on VRBO and I am surprised VRBO has allowed this listing in the first place. I would rather sleep in the hallway on cardboard then use this unit. Beware, you have been warned. The sheets haid hair in them. I don't think they were washed before we arrived. It appears the owner moves out if he rents it and locks up all his personal belongings, which is why you have nowhere to unpack your clothes.
